Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to several executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position requires excellent multitasking abilities, a professional demeanor, and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating conference calls.
- Organize and oversee travel arrangements, including handling last-minute changes.
- Draft, format, and proofread various documents and correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
- Maintain detailed records in the company’s internal systems and databases.
- Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual meetings, ensuring all details are handled.
- Support expense reporting and budget tracking activities.
- Provide front desk coverage and handle inquiries with professionalism when needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in financial or professional services.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Concur is a plus.
- Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to anticipate and address needs.
