We are currently in search of an Administrative Assistant for our corporate office located in Warwick, RI.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Write and distribute email and correspondence regularly.
• Data entry.
• Maintain a filing system-paper and electronic.
• Create and organize spreadsheets in Excel.
• Create and write engaging and relevant social media content for Facebook Page and Instagram Account.
• Design monthly newsletters.
• Create flyers, ads, and invitations as needed.
• General clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, answering phones.
• Special projects as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and be part of a team of professionals.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office-Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
• Creative mindset.
• Social Media Savvy-Facebook and Instagram.
• Positive attitude with a high level of energy.
• Ability to work on projects independently at times.

• Starting hourly rate $22
