Position Description:
CGI Federal is seeking an Administrative Assistant (Top Secret Clearance, Required) to support the National Security Division (NSD) of Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
Proofreading• Clerical and Administrative duties • Written Correspondence • Time Management • Calendar Management • Citation Checking• Communication • Research & Editing • Document revisions and management
Your future duties and responsibilities
Assist assigned Associate or Deputy Director’s team by researching and updating grantee information in various databases
Support annual team program peer reviews to include assembling finalized packages/binders Gather and input relevant information for weekly program status reports in preferred format
Coordinate and assist with program meeting and conference schedules
Prepare travel authorizations for government staff
Manage government staff calendars
Receive and appropriately direct calls from the office’s main line
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Moderate to Advanced experience with Microsoft office products: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently on both short tasks and lengthy projects
Previous administrative experience highly desired
Excellent communication skills
SharePoint experience
Travel coordination
Extremely organized
Must have an Active Top-Secret Clearance and meet all security requirements
Due to the nature of this government contract, US Citizenship is required.
Hourly Rate: $38.21/hour
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
