About the Job
Administrative Assistant supporting HR & Facility
On-site Fremont, CA
Salary range $55K -$70K DOE
- Answer incoming phone calls, screen, and direct calls, greeting visitors, monitoring
Building access, managing conference rooms, managing LCD welcome-board display,
etc.
- Provide backup support as like sort and receive mails, packages, update posters,
maintain mailbox.
- Order employee uniforms and non-inventory items.
- Order and maintain cafeteria supplies, stationery, janitorial, copy machine, first aid,
and vending machine inventory services.
- Maintain fixed assets record
Collaborate with the Facility Manager to maintain facility security and safety issues.
- Maintain a hygienic working environment and manage janitorial service.
- Coordinate company events and birthday parties.
- Other duties as assigned.
AA or BS degree in Business Administration
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to excel at details.
- Bi-lingual in Chinese is a definite plus.
Salary
