Position Details:
Position Type: Contract
Job Location: Vineland, NJ
Benefits: 401K, Dental insurance, Life Insurance, Medical Insurance, Vision Insurance
Compensation: $18.17-30.00/hour
Performs a variety of administrative functions. Schedules appointments, gives
information to callers, and takes dictation. Transcribes memos, and notes,
researches and types presentations. Generates reports, handles multiple projects,
and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports. May assist with
compiling info for annual budget. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts,
practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-
established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under
immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in the administrative field or in a related area.
Job Description: Can be part time - Finance Driven
Microsoft Skills (Excel and Word) - Required
SAP Skills - Preferred
Accounting Knowledge - Plus
Data Entry
Running Reports
Administrative Task Supporting
Assist with ordering through Ariba
Shift: 1st Shift
Length of assignment: 3-6 months - Potential temp to hire
Certification requirements (which classifications): Not required but would be a plus
Food industry experience: Not required but would be a plus
Bi-lingual requirement: Not required but would be a plus
4 year degree: Not required but would be a plus
