About the Job
WinnCompanies is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Village at Somerset, a 100-unit affordable housing community located in Somerset, PA.
In this role, you will assist with daily administrative procedures and special projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide office support, including: maintain files, order office supplies, handle incoming & outgoing mail, and overnight shipping.
- Assist department operations, including: create department check requests, file paid invoices, prepare organizational charts and presentations, book meetings, and set up conference rooms.
- Provide backup for receptionist and special projects as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and apply initiative.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in property management industry.
