· Candidates must be flexible to travel to event sites as needed. These sites are located in the Chicago and Western Suburb areas. The schedule will be provided ahead of time.
Overview
Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide general office support and administration (office supplies, travel booking, food orders, credit card reconciliation), offsite event support (food and logistics), and department organization as needed. The administrative assistant may also be responsible for preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence, as well as handling incoming and outgoing communications. They may assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and other financial tasks, and may also be involved in coordinating office events and projects.
