About the Job
PathPoint is excited to welcome a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Kids & Family Together division in Ventura, CA. In this role, you will be the helping hand that ensures the Ventura based Support Programs are running smoothly day to day. These programs provide a variety of support services to children and adults. We are looking for someone who is bilingual (English/Spanish), caring and kind, has good communication skills, and can navigate computer software well.

We serve communities across Kern, Los Angeles, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, with flexible 8-hour shift that falls between 8:00 and 5:30.
Compensation: Starting pay is $22.00 per hour, and the pay range for this position is $21.00 to $24.00 per hour. The pay range is subject to change based on various factors.

What You'll Do:
- Enter new referrals and update client information in a database.
- Open new client profiles and create program enrollments as needed.
- Assist the program manager in assigning caregivers to peer partners and educators.
- Triage Human Services Agency emails for caregiver and placement updates.
- Respond to support programs inquiries via phone or email.
- Conduct phone intakes and provide resources and referrals to caregivers.
- Provide administrative support to various programs within the department.
- Assist with Spanish speaking clients by making reminder calls and helping with survey completion.
- Send Zoom invites and act as a moderator over Zoom as needed.
- Help with filing and running quarterly reports.
What We're Looking For:
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with databases.
- Associate's degree at minimum and some experience in a related field.

- Good written and oral communication.
- Must have a valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
