-Must be able to effectively maintain paper and electronic files in an organized and consistent manner.
-Computer Literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office(including Word, Excel and Powerpoint) required
-Proficient in typing, scheduling appointments, answering the phone, and other tasks. Must be able to adapt to various tasks asked of you
Responsibilities
-To Provide a broad range of administrative and clerical support to the officers of the company. This role requires a friendly, upbeat demeanor.
Experience
-Three to Five years of secretarial experience preferred,from a legal setting is a bonus.
