Position Description
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing duties for the Client. The candidate hired into this position will be responsible for data entry, preparing and creating correspondence, preparing citation/information packets; mailing and tracking documents concerning afforded rights; handling filing duties related to compliance; assisting Team A and Team B Supervisors in tracking abatement documents, complainant correspondence and citations within the Safety Compliance Section. This position will assist in scanning case files for archival purposes, handles telephones
