Administrative Assistant (TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance required) - OnDek Solutions

Are you ready to join our incredible team of Administrative Superstars supporting the Intelligence community? We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Administrative Assistants who bring a can-do attitude and a whole lot of positivity to the table.

Your Mission: As our Administrative Assistant (AA), you'll be the friendly face and the go-to person between our valued customers and our department officers. You'll be the welcoming presence at the entrance to our bustling office suite, where you'll interact with our fantastic workforce, partners, and liaisons.

What to Expect:

• You'll be a key member of our dynamic administrative support team, working closely with the chief and deputy chief.
  
• Your day will be filled with exciting encounters as you interface with visitors from various offices.
  
• While handling department taskings with grace, you'll also be an integral part of our team, providing assistance Center-wide whenever it's needed.
  
• We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who's self-motivated and can work independently, but is also a fantastic team player.
  

What's in it for you: You'll be on a standard schedule, with core hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday). You can arrive as early as 7:30 am and leave by 5:30 pm, unless some special events require a later departure.

You'll also get to be the hero, providing backup support to other departments, components, and the Front Office as required.

Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance is required to be considered
  
• A high school diploma and 5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for responding to emails and phone calls
  
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  
• The ability to perform your duties with minimal supervision and be a team player
