Administrative Assistant to Therapy and Reimbursement Department - CareRite Centers

Looking for Talented Administrative Assitant to work with our Reimbursement Department and Therapy Department

Responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining focussed reporting for Reimbursement Department
• Reviewing clinical data in Electronic medical record and communicating data via reporting
• Consistent follow up with Skilled Nursing Facility site managers to meet daily tasks and objectives
• Assist with Conference and Educational Event set up
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and work ethic
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Knowledge of Gmail, Google Drive, Dropbox applications a plus
• Experience with Medical health records and EHR management a plus
• Ability to multitask
