💼 About the Role:

As the Assistant to the Vice President of Facilities and Procurement, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of maintenance operations. From providing administrative assistance, to supporting all members of our property maintenance teams, you'll be the right-hand person to our VP, helping drive success of our maintenance departments.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative support, including calendar management, creation of reports, and project updates

- Provides training and support to maintenance teams in our MD portfolio

- Assists in obtaining bids for and monitoring progress of capital improvement projects

- Develops and tracks performance of preventive maintenance programs

- Assists maintenance teams in preparing for and scheduling state and local inspections

- Assist in organizing and executing special projects and events

- Provides exceptional customer service to our residents

🎓 Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of multifamily experience

- Proven experience providing excellent customer service

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- High level of professionalism and integrity
