Compensation: $18.50-$22.00 per hour, depending upon experience

Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday through Saturday 8A–4PM

As an Administrative Assistant you are responsible for providing administrative support to the Resort Manager and support daily resort operations. You are efficient and comfortable being a member of a team, possess the ability to multi-task while managing administrative support, organizational skills and you are a problem solver. You will be in charge of associate appreciation and recognition, volunteer events and community involvement as well as training, planning of associate events, creating power point presentations. etc. Must have excellent computer skills, be very personable and outgoing

POSITION DETAILS:  

• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, forms, reports and legal documents, and submit and reconcile expense reports. 
• Excellent phone skills, diplomacy, confidentiality, and professionalism to deal with issues of the utmost urgency and sensitivity. 
• You have a minimum of two to three years of prior experience in an administrative role, performing general support to multiple individuals, including management. 
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, as well as daily administrative duties in a fast-paced, demanding environment. 
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
