JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled Admin to work alongside our Operations & Marketing Departments for our dynamic team. Will play a crucial role in the communication, documentation, and execution of processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Documenting key processes & procedures performed on a daily & weekly basis
- Recording & posting content from the office & community events
- Overseeing email marketing campaigns for prospects & community members
- Updating of Canva files used for various marketing
- Assisting with webinars & mini-trainings for prospects
- Scheduling of podcasts for CG team members
- Organization & needs assessments for community accountability groups
- Assisting with pre-event production, such as decks, workbooks, promos & speakers
- Facebook Group audits for member needs
- Assisting in creation of content geared toward lead generation & fulfillment
- Managing the COO’s email & calendar, along with scheduling meetings
- Taking notes & documenting notes during team meetings with follow-up reminders
- Running errands needed for event preparation
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
