Active Day has an available opportunity for an Administrative Assistant - Support Services Coordinatorto join our team!
$18 - $20/hour

The Administrative Assistant's Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide highly responsive customer support and serve as “point person” between field teams, home office and external vendors
- Provide training to our field team
- Assist field leadership and home office with maintenance and repair requests, ordering and shipping of medical and office supplies, marketing supplies and materials, telephone and internet outages, office equipment, appliances and more
- Support the home office team’s administrative needs such as updating directories, policy guidelines, answering and directing calls, inbound/outbound mail, creating shipping labels and make sure office is stocked with supplies.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound calls and website inquiries and project a positive image of Active Day and its programs and services.
- Develop a working knowledge of key home office department level functions to provide support as necessary.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships and customer service with field teams, home office departments and external vendors.
The Administrative Assistant's Qualifications will include but are not limited to:
- High School Diploma or GED required with a minimum of 1-year relevant experience strongly preferred
- Ability to support multiple locations and prioritize tasks
- Adaptable to change with ease in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of basic administrative and clerical systems and procedures
- Ability to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
- Independently solve problems or present alternate solutions for discussion
- Self-starter: ability to see something that needs to be done and takes initiative to complete the task
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, remain organized and manage time effectively
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs - This can be a physically demanding job.. after all, we are ACTIVE Day!
