Administrative Assistant at TemPositions

We are working with a large institution in Suffolk County who is looking for a professional administrative assistant with excellent customer service skills and computer skills for a long term assignment..

This is a client facing position where professionalism is key. 

 Job duties

• Answer phones
• Meet and greet
• Assist team members who come into the office.
• Handle a high-volume environment.
• Customer service
• Assist with events – such as orientation for 30 new hires.
  • Order food
  • Set up zoom meetings.
  • Organize and maintain a clean environment.
• Must have clear detailed written communications.
• Professional manner at all times – even under pressure
• Computer savvy is key, as they use Gmail, google documents, zoom, teams and various in-house system (training provided)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Office, and PowerPoint

Hours are Monday-Friday 9a-3p- 30 hr. work week

Pay $22-$24/hr.
