ROLE DESCRIPTION:Ethan Cline - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Administrative Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide administrative support to the agent and team
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to success each and every day

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous administrative experience preferred
• Self-motivated
• Dedicated to customer service

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
