JOB SUMMARY
Pacers Sports & Entertainment is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Stage Foreman and Assistant Stage Foreman in record keeping and tracking of IATSE Local 30 members working for Pacers Sports & Entertainment. This position will act as a part-time employee of Pacers Sports & Entertainment. Come join our team!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist House Foreman in preparing employee timecard spreadsheets and submitting on time to House Foreman for review and processing.
- Assist House Foreman in creating show bills and submitting to House Foreman for review.
- Assist House Foreman with collecting and processing onboarding/new hire documents when necessary.
- Assist House Foreman signing in or signing out Stagehands for designated events.
- Assist with updating roster within timecard sheets when necessary.
- Assist House Foreman in providing show bill estimates for shows when requested.
- Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent experience is necessary.
- Knowledge and understanding of IATSE 30 pay rates and structure highly preferred.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel Spreadsheets, and Microsoft Outlook
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret directions.

While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the office work environment is usually moderate and the noise level in Gainbridge Fieldhouse / game environment is usually loud. The stress level may become high during certain times of the year.
