We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our client's team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, computer literacy proficiency, and strong organizational abilities.

Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Conduct research and compile data for various projects
Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
Handle incoming calls and inquiries, redirecting as necessary
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
Provide front desk support as needed
Assist with event planning and coordination

Experience
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Suite, Google Calendar, Google Docs, etc.
Familiarity with office management systems and phone systems
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
