Administrative Assistant - Aspen Personnel Service

Schedule (PT):

Monday through Friday (day shift) 20 to 25 hours a week

Work Location:

On Site Near Downtown Spokane

Starting Pay Range:

$17.50/hr to $22.50/hr

Job Duties:

· Coordinate, schedule, and participate in meetings

· Administrative tasks such as responding to emails and creating reports

· Help assist with onboarding and orientation

Educational Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED required.

· 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar position.

Skills and Experience

· Computer competency with Microsoft operating systems.

· Organizational, public relations and customer service skills.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Demonstrated ability to communicate with internal and external customers in a professional manner.

· Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a cross functional team.
