ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
JOB SUMMARY
Provide administrative support for the branch office by performing administrative tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Coordinate state safety testing and required permits.
- Assist with branch aged Accounts Receivables (AR) and collections by participating in AR calls/meetings; assist with action items and follow up; provide copies of invoices and statements for customers as needed.
- Open incoming and prepare outgoing mail and packages.
- Serve as backup as needed for other duties including but not limited to: answering calls, dispatching service calls, creating service tickets, and processing/transmitting union payroll.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in related field

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND EXPECTATIONS
- Job duties are performed mainly within an established office environment under normal lighting and climate-controlled tolerances. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
