Job Summary: Seattle Express Employment Professionals is hiring multiple Administrative Assistant’s for the Seattle area!

Associates in this role will be answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing, and various other tasks to provide support for the office.

This is a long-term temp-to-hire position.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm

Pay: $22+/hr

Job Duties:

• Answering phones / emails
• Scheduling appointments
• Complete computer work, filing, and other general office tasks

Requirements:

• MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Minimum 2 years office experience
• Ability to multitask
