Administrative Assistant

Location: Peachtree City, GA | In-Office 

Shift: Varies with business needs during hours of 9 am to 5 pm | Monday through Friday

Pay: $ 17/hr

Employment Type: Temp to Hire, part-time (about 30 hours/week)

PrideStaff is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant. This Administrative Assistant position will be a seasonal opportunity for 8-12 weeks. 

Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:

• Answer phone
• Schedule appts
• Send emails
• Respond to emails
• Good computer skills
• Data entry
• Scanning paperwork and uploading in system
• Business casual environment and they do not interact with patients physically, everything is virtual, they will have to go into the office. 

Administrative Assistant Job Qualifications:

• Recent and relevant 6 months work experience
• Customer Service Experience
• Strong Office Experience
• Filing experience
• Bachelors degree in business or related field, in progress or completed
