Administrative Assistant
Location: Peachtree City, GA | In-Office
Shift: Varies with business needs during hours of 9 am to 5 pm | Monday through Friday
Pay: $ 17/hr
Employment Type: Temp to Hire, part-time (about 30 hours/week)
PrideStaff is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant. This Administrative Assistant position will be a seasonal opportunity for 8-12 weeks.
Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phone
- Schedule appts
- Send emails
- Respond to emails
- Good computer skills
- Data entry
- Scanning paperwork and uploading in system
- Business casual environment and they do not interact with patients physically, everything is virtual, they will have to go into the office.
Administrative Assistant Job Qualifications:
- Recent and relevant 6 months work experience
- Customer Service Experience
- Strong Office Experience
- Filing experience
- Bachelors degree in business or related field, in progress or completed
