Our client, a private institution in Milton, MA is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of administrative experience, take initiative, and be able to work in fast paced environment with minimal supervision. Compensation: $21 per hour*

Applicants must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Milton, MA to be eligible for this role.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Clinical Placement Administrator, Director of Nursing Clinical Education, and the Dean’s Administrative Assistant as needed.
• Handle inquiries from students and direct them appropriately.
• Manage phone calls and messages in coordination with other administrative staff.
• Support the scheduling of meetings for administration, coordinators, and directors.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents.
• Professionally engage with current and prospective students, parents, graduates, and clinical agency personnel.
• Provide reception/front desk services, including answering phones, interacting with visitors, sorting mail, and assisting with office equipment.
• Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree.
• MS Office skills with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
