About the Job
WinnCompanies is looking for an Administrative Assistant to split their time between Saxonville Village, a 64-unit residential community, and Sherwood Park Apartments, an 81-unit residential community: both of which are located in Framingham, MA.
In this role, you will assist with daily administrative procedures and special projects. Please note that this is a part-time position, which will work 32 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide office support, including: maintaining files, ordering office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and facilitating overnight shipping.
- Meet with residents, process income certifications, post rental payments, assist with apartment and building inspections, and assign work orders.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls.
- Manage all aspects of front desk duties.
- Update property management team on existing or potential problems.
- Complete special projects as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and apply initiative.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in property management industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
