Position Overview:
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an organized and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their client's team in Florida. This position will support the operations primarily focusing on transcriber assignments and ensuring timely delivery of transcripts to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assign FL, NY & CA CER jobs to transcribers by downloading forms folders from SPOT and uploading the documents to the SPOT application.
- Check the service in progress for available transcribers, add transcriber names and rates to bills, and assign transcribers through SPOT.
- Send job offers to transcribers via email through SPOT and assign backorder FL CER jobs to transcribers.
- Prepare CER bills for jobs based on ordering information and handle rescue, special circumstances rush jobs.
- Prepare Admin pages or request CERs to prepare them, gather all available documents, and provide them to transcribers.
- Manage and respond to transcriber general questions and handle issues with CER audio or forms.
- Calendar transcriber vacations or time off and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma is required, relevant college coursework preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Courteous and professional demeanor.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and clients.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Benefits:
Competitive pay ranging from $20 to $22 per hour.
