ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - Spherion

Spherion Staffing is assisting a company located in Sarasota, FL in their search for an Administrative Assistant. This role will provide administrative support and any assistance needed to ensure the smooth functioning of the office and personnel. We are seeking friendly and reliable candidates with great administrative experience and skills.

Responsibilities:
-Type letters, statements, and statistical reports
-Prepare correspondence and recurring reports
-Schedule/coordinate meetings and/or conference calls
-Maintain control files of matters in progress and ensures follow-up
-Maintain organizational files and records
-Back up for receptionist
-Field phone calls for supervisor
-May prepare agendas, calendars, or materials related thereto (observation forms)
-Local package delivery to clients
-Perform such other duties as may be assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or Equivalent.
-2-3 years of administrative experience or related role.
-Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
-Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm
-Ability to pass a national background and drug screening.
