Location: San Rafael, CA

As an Administrative Assistant, you will:

Summary:

• Support mentoring and performance management tool.
• Support LMS Administration.
• Partner with ERGs/CRGs to promote and plan events.
• Monitor the People Development mailbox and triaging to appropriate contact.
• Assist with scheduling of Learning and Development programs.
• Support departmental communications to the enterprise.

Skills:

• Successful candidate must be detail oriented, organized, and take initiative. Must have mastery of MS Office and especially if they are proficient in PPT and Excel.

Education:

• An Associate's degree with 2 - 4 years of work experience.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $33 - $35 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
