About the Job
Our client, a successful sell of consumer style products located in southern Westchester County, has an immediate need on a temp to hire basis for an administrative assistant to support an active sales department. This person should have some experience in retail / distribution / manufacturing and must be able to multitask. Duties include prepping materials for customer meetings, following up on issues / items after these meetings, managing the full process relating to new product launches, interacting with other company departments to assure customer satisfaction, assisting account managers with special projects, entering and checking key account orders and attending one or two trade shows a year. Looking for candidates with prior experience in retail / distribution / manufacturing who have strong Word and Excel.
