Job Description: As an Administrative Assistant at TruckingHQ, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients maintain impeccable compliance records. You will work closely with trucking companies to ensure they adhere to federal, state, and local regulations, fostering a safe and efficient environment for both drivers and the public. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough audits of company records, documents, and operations to identify potential compliance issues.
• Interpreting and staying up-to-date with the latest industry regulations, including hours-of-service (HOS), electronic logging devices (ELD) usage, vehicle maintenance, and more.
• Collaborating with clients to develop and implement effective compliance strategies tailored to their unique needs.
• Assisting clients in acquiring necessary permits, licenses, and certifications.
• Providing training and guidance to clients' staff and drivers on compliance protocols and best practices.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all compliance-related activities.

Qualifications:

• Highschool degree or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to identify gaps and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools and applications.
• A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.
• Can perform optimally in both an autonomous and team oriented environment.
