Job Purpose:
To assist a team of financial advisors with general office work/clerical duties, opening and updating of accounts using KYC systems, updating/reviewing/creating Excel spreadsheets. Candidates with some experience in financial services/banking/compliance industry preferred or candidates who have an understanding of corporate and legal documents
Duties:
- order entry (if registered)
- updating, reviewing, and creating Excel based spreadsheets
- opening and updating of accounts (KYC experience a plus)
- sending emails and reports
- answering phone calls
Requirements:
- strict attention to details and organization
- strong reasoning and problem solving skills.
- ability to solve problems and issues and recognize issues before they occur
- works well in a fast paced team environment
- ability to multi-task and prioritize duties and follow-up on pending issues
- takes orders well
- good communication skills
- proficient with MS Excel
- motivated and willingness to learn
- Fluent in Spanish
Experience with financial services industry, KYC systems, understanding of corporate/legal documents, and/or financial services compliance a plus.
