Job Title: Trust Operations Specialist

Job Location: Saint Petersburg, FL-33716

Job Duration: 6 months contract

Work Schedule: 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday through Friday

This is a temporary to permanent assignment that is expected to last 6 months.

This person will be required to work onsite.

Job Summary:

This person will be providing basic administrative support to Client’s Trust Operations team.

Job Duties

• Responsible for scanning and uploading transaction documents into proprietary database
• Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel
• Perform various duties as assigned
• Operational tasks for back office and middle office processing ie. posting checks, printing checks, creating workflow items, mail sorting and indexing

Skills:

Must Haves:

• 1-3 years of recent experience in a role that involved data entry, account maintenance, check handling and ideally client-specific information
• Accurate data entry skills data entry test should measure the candidate's speed and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills (must be able to create a basic spreadsheet, add / remove columns and rows, data entry)
• Basic to intermediate skills with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, in addition to Excel)
• Professional demeanor
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
