Hours - 7am to 5pm M-F
Hybrid, flexibility onsite and remote based on business needs
Description:
Expert on using data to training models. The models are then used to automate processes like image classification, speech recognition, and market forecasting.
Job Specific Requirements
This position is responsible for supporting technicians, resolving customer complaints and issues, and completing needed paperwork
Coordinate appointments with technicians and sub-contractor
Customer Service, assisting customers with various issues, such as billing, service requests, etc
Complete and/or scan documents as needed. Order and track parts
Work with technicians/sub-contractors to ensure paperwork is completed properly within the designated time Assist in coordinating technician activities such as scheduling, customer notification and equipment procurement
Receive and Issue material and equipment to technicians
Interfacing with customers on Customer Satisfaction issues
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
5+ years of office administrative support
5+ years of Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel
Typing Speed of at least 40 WPM
