This position is located in office, Monday through Friday, in the O'Hare/Rosemont area. Full-Time or Part-Time hours are available.

Levine & Reid is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide thoughtful support to both individual and business clients. The ideal candidate will be an independent and proactive problem-solver, and will be able to operate efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. There are many opportunities for professional growth.
Duties:
- Account set up and servicing of investments
- Review all applications for accuracy and completeness in a timely manner
- Prompt and professional organization skills
- Project management with an understanding of prioritization
- Various administrative and marketing duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment
- Superior attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- CRM experience, preferred
- Docusign experience, preferred
- Ability to learn and assimilate new information quickly
- Must be able to quickly adapt to and integrate new technologies
- 2+ years administrative experience
- 2+ years industry experience, preferred
Salary*: $45-50,0000 annually with 6-month review
