Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Pay Rate: $20/hr

Location: Richardson, Texas

Schedule: 9am-4:30pm M-F with the occasional Saturday or Sunday

Job Description:

Effectively and accurately compile reports using graphs, and formulations. Minimum

intermediate knowledge of Excel is required.

Create and upload documents for leaders. Intermediate knowledge of Office 365,

SharePoint, Microsoft Publisher, and Word.

Attend staff and church meetings. Will be expected to record next step action items

discussed during meetings and distribute accordingly in a timely manner.

Assist with creating and printing weekly bulletin.

Receive deliveries; sort and distribute packages and incoming mail.

Attentive to church s emails and incoming phone calls. Professional and timely responses

to emails and phone calls is required. When applicable, direct calls, messages, and

emails to appropriate leader and/or staff member.

Maintain and order office supplies.

Learn current church management software and other applications.

Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
