Responsibilities
- You will process initial, endorsement, renewal, and/or reinstatement applications for the Residential Builders Commission, utilizing applicable databases and software.
- You will process and verify credit reports, verify work experience, search for disqualifying information, input bond information, and distribute Cease and Desist letters, as appropriate.
- You will respond to customer inquiries received through walk-ins, telephone calls, e-mails, and other methods providing timely and accurate responses to questions related to the application or bonding process.
- You will perform a variety of other administrative and technical functions such as scanning documents, preparing correspondence and reports, issuing certificates and licenses, and preparing and mailing out examination information.
