About the Job
We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team at a dynamic and growing Geospatial Firm.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with designated staff or departments to create moderately complex correspondence, spreadsheets, and visual presentations for various projects.
- Manage calendars for assigned staff or departments, scheduling and organizing meetings, conference calls, and appointments as needed.
- Assist customers with account updates, invoicing, and collections inquiries in a timely manner.
- Offer clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain and organize office files and records, both electronic and hard copies.
Skills and Experience:
- Attention to detail is crucial to ensure accuracy in deliverables, along with the ability to proactively meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook is required.
- Previous experience in administrative and support roles for at least 1 year.
- Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent problem-solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making abilities.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 24.00 32.00 Per Hour
