We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and provides a high level of executive support.
This role will be in office for those Denver based, and remote to those outside of Colorado.
How You'll Make An Impact- Provides administrative support to 3 4 executives
- Interfaces with direct reports and other key organizational employees of assigned executives
- Coordinates executive communications, takes calls, responds to E-mails, schedules meetings/appointments, creates expense reports and manages travel itineraries
- Assists with planning and organizing corporate events that involve the Executive Leadership Team
- Reviews, edits and summarizes miscellaneous reports and documents
- Assists with Optimere meetings internal & external. Includes coordination of catering.
- Answer and place telephone calls, direct calls, take messages and follow-up accordingly.
- Maintain an efficient office environment to include assisting in the ordering of supplies/equipment, arranging for office equipment repairs, coordinating office renovations, and participating in event planning.
- Prepare read-ahead material for Senior Executives.
- Receive, sort, and screen incoming mail; categorize, prioritize and prepare responses for Senior Executive signature.
- Summarize correspondence, highlight key issues or topics of interest, and follow up to ensure proper and timely response.
- 2 years previous experience as an administrative assistant
- Ability to work on-site during business hours and occasionally log-in on nights or weekends as needed
- Familiarity with Zoom
- High level of skills using Outlook email and calendars, Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Professional demeanor and high level of confidentiality
- Flexibility and ability to work collaboratively as a member of the Administrative Team
- Salary: $47,000 - $60,000
