Supervisor: General Manager IT

Responsabilities:

1. Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
2. Teach English and the Western culture to the Chinese employees
3. Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
4. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
5. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
6. Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Organize and schedule appointments

Other tasks

1. Assist in communication with the European and North American team
2. Assist the General Manager on business trips

Requirements

1. Minimum of a Bachelor degree with at least 2 years full-time working experience
2. Fluent in English, ideally speaks Chinese
3. Be familiar with European or North American culture
4. General knowledge about Artificial Intelligence (AI)
5. Keen to learn about the Chinese culture
