Schedule: Mond-Fri 8am-5pm.
Job Description:
Overview: We are seeking a temporary Corporate Front Office Assistant to provide essential support in administrative and receptionist duties. This role is pivotal in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring a professional atmosphere in our corporate front office.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for the C-suite.
Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Direct visitors to appropriate personnel and provide necessary assistance or information.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Communication Skills:
- Demonstrate above-average written and verbal communication skills in all interactions.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and attitude while representing the company.
- Interact effectively with C-suite executives and other senior management personnel.
Professional Presence:
- Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor in all interactions and tasks.
- Act as a representative of the company, projecting a positive image to all stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in administrative or receptionist roles preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.

- Availability to work during standard business hours as needed.
