Administrative Assistant / Receptionist - LC Engineering Group, Inc.

Busy office in Thousand Oaks looking for a detail oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to help execute daily office activities with a large focus on Customer Service, and AP/AR. This position requires a versatile set of skills.

The ideal candidate is an outgoing individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.
 

General Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Answering Phones
• AP/AR
• Data Entry
• Organizing and maintaining files and records and supplies
• Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
• Coordination of projects and conducting research
• General administrative tasks
• Correspondence, billing, reports and presentations
• Providing quality customer service
• Working in a professional environment

Must be:

• Comfortable and proficient in speaking with and assisting clients over the phone
• team player
• accomplished at multitasking
• Basic QuickBooks experience a plus
• versatile with strong problem solving skills
• self-motivated
• organized
• comfortable with all aspects of administrative work - answering phones, word processing, filing, ordering supplies, etc.
   

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 2 years experience as an administrative assistant, secretary or receptionist preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Positive, high-energy attitude
• Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set
• Familiarity with office equipment (i.e. printers, copiers, computers)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and MS Word)
   

Compensation/Benefits:

• Position starts at $41,600 annually - negotiable depending on experience
• Insurance, 401k
• Ten (10) days paid vacation
• Five (5) days paid sick leave
• Eight (8) Paid holidays
