Job Overview

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to various departments. Your attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, ensure smooth day-to-day operations with excellent communication skills will be essential in this role. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Answering and directing phone calls
Oversee administrative tasks, such as filing, receive and distribute mail.
Assist with the preparation of documents and reports.
Process invoices, credit card transactions.
Coordinate with Office Manager with daily delivery routes.
Assist and coordinate racing events.
Travel to local plant to assist with events as needed.
Track and create customer files.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

Must be able to maintain confidentiality of company matters.
Must be efficient and organized, able to multitask.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Valid Driver's License required.

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Two (2) years administrative assistant/receptionist required.

Work environment:

Corporate Headquarters, with occasional travel to local plant.
Work will generally be performed in an office environment.
May at times be exposed to shop elements, such as dust, noise, fumes, and oils.

Physical Demands:

Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend and move about the facility.
May be required to sit for extended periods of time.
