Position Summary |
Essential Functions & Responsibilities |
- Answer multiple calls
- Manges open order reports in regards to shipping, timing, etc.
- Handle all billing-system management
- Disperse copies/faxes to appropriate employee in a timely manner
- Put pick tickets in order/scan to appropriate public folder
- Imports and indexes documents in Ephesoft / Document Management.
- Ability to review and complete purchase orders upon request.
- Keep stock of essential office supplies
- Submittals
- Other tasks as assigned by management
Knowledge and Skills |
To accomplish the functions and responsibilities the following skill sets must be present:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to answer multiple calls & transfer in a professional, pleasant manner
- Understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook features
- Ability to maneuver and work within Trend performing simple queries
- Excellent customer service skills (ability to listen and understand the needs of the employees, together with those of the company)
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communications and organizational skills
Physical Demands |
This position is approximately 80% desk related work, with 15% walking or standing, and 5% lifting demands less than 50 lbs.
Work Environment |
Requirements are office based with some exposure to an environmentally protected warehouse. Office hours are from 7:30am to 5:00pm.
