Administrative Assistant & Receptionist - Rosharon - The Reynolds Company

• Answer multiple calls
• Manges open order reports in regards to shipping, timing, etc.
• Handle all billing-system management
• Disperse copies/faxes to appropriate employee in a timely manner
• Put pick tickets in order/scan to appropriate public folder
• Imports and indexes documents in Ephesoft / Document Management.
• Ability to review and complete purchase orders upon request.
• Keep stock of essential office supplies
• Submittals
• Other tasks as assigned by management

To accomplish the functions and responsibilities the following skill sets must be present:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to answer multiple calls & transfer in a professional, pleasant manner
• Understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook features
• Ability to maneuver and work within Trend performing simple queries
• Excellent customer service skills (ability to listen and understand the needs of the employees, together with those of the company)
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communications and organizational skills

This position is approximately 80% desk related work, with 15% walking or standing, and 5% lifting demands less than 50 lbs.

Requirements are office based with some exposure to an environmentally protected warehouse.  Office hours are from 7:30am to 5:00pm.
