Addison Group has an immediate opening for a Receptionist and an Administrative Assistant for a client in Frisco, TX.
Receptionist
Contract to Hire
Fully on-site
$19hr
Job Duties:
· Answer phones and check the mail
· Microsoft Office skills proficient
· Will be first point of contact for the office
· Greeting customers that come in (offer them coffee, water, etc).
· Other receptionist tasks as necessary
Must have:
1-3 years of receptionist experience
Experience being first POC by phone and in person
Experience handling administrative tasks
Administrative Assistant

$20hr
Job Duties:
· Will be supporting an agent in the office.
· Read and evaluate e-mails.
· Interpret writing from leadership.
· Get documents ready to go out.
· Ensure other team members have everything they need to be successful.
· Other admin tasks as necessary.
Must have:
2-5 years of administrative experience in a corporate setting.
Experience handling clerical tasks.
