Responsibilities:
- Handle various administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and managing documents with precision and efficiency.
- Be the friendly face and voice of our office by managing emails, phone calls, and other correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Assist in organizing appointments and managing calendars to ensure smooth scheduling.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients, going above and beyond to meet their needs.
- Jump in to help with office management tasks whenever and wherever needed to keep our operations running seamlessly.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Google Suite or similar office software.
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail that ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
- Previous experience in real estate or medical office administration is a bonus, but not required.
