Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Rancho Santa Margarita, CA,
Pay Rate: $24.50-$24.50/Hour.
Duration: 8 month.
Description:
We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented to join our team as an on-site Administrative Assistant. In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to a diverse and technical manufacturing operations team of 30 – 40 people while reporting to the site Operations Manager. You must be a team player who enjoys learning and working in a multi-cultural dynamic environment to complete tasks of varying technicality and business scope. You will engage in a variety of critical support responsibilities such as:
· Opening and tracking Facilities and IT support tickets
· Broadcasting communications through the site email distribution lists
· Scheduling meetings and coordinating site events
· Refreshing excel file data and saving to shared locations
· Production job traveler preparation and issuing
· Production job status and escalation tracking
· Facilitating reoccurring small group meetings for site safety tracking
· Site visitor greeting and signing in and out
· Badge access requests and temporary badge management
· PC refreshes and on-site basic IT support
· Maintaining business documents
Requirements:
Qualifications:
· Requires higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and 2 – 5 years experience as an administrative assistant
· Ability to read and converse fluently in English
· Familiarity with general PC components and set-up
· Comfortability with Windows 10 User Interface
· Experience using Microsoft Office 365 applications including Outlook and Teams
Experience with any/all the following is highly desired:
· Oracle ERP
· Purchasing
· Manufacturing environment
· Installing and setting up Windows computers
· Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
· Meeting scheduling and facilitation
