We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Permanent Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of office management systems and procedures. This position will require the successful candidate to provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. The candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing calendars, preparing reports, and maintaining appropriate filing systems.

Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
1. Managing and maintaining executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Preparing reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
3. Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
4. Performing general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping
work.
5. Filing and retrieving corporate documents, records, and reports.
6. Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
7. Greeting visitors and determining whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
8. Preparing responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have the following qualifications:
1. Minimum two years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
2. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint).
3. Previous experience with Salesforce is preferred.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
7. Detail-oriented and excellent problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
