About the Job
Luxury apartment rental agency located in Long Island City, NY is seeking to hire a Temporary Seasonal Administrative Assistant to start mid-May until October. This position will require Friday-Monday in the office from 10am-6pm, so full weekend availability over the next 5 months is required. There will be one additional day during the week required during peak season (end of June-end of July) which can be flexible based on availability. Pay rate up to $20/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with paperwork, filing and organizing in the office
- Act as the first point of contact upon visitor entry
- Lead apartment tours as needed
Qualifications:
- Some administrative experience; Real Estate experience a plus
- Upbeat, fast-moving, and willing to learn
- Able to commit every weekend until October
