Location: Universal City, CA
Type: 6 months contract on W2
Qualifications:
- 5+ Years Strong telephone etiquette, communications and organizational skills.
- Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar
- Scheduling & coordinating meetings/calls/Teams meetings (along with details like on-the-lot passes, reserving conf rooms, etc)
- Expenses
- Travel / Booking cars
- Ordering lunch
- Maintaining/Updating Publicity Status reports (with tune-ins, Daily Buzz info, talk show lists, etc)
- All-media invites
- Sending out film assets to press
- production notes; images; EPK links; clips for shows, etc.
- Screening RSVP doc / Screening reaction doc
- Premiere placards / Assist with press check-in at premieres
- Sending out tipsheet for premieres
- Screening links
- Junket press logistics
- junket request doc / invites / sending confirmation times / assets
- Assist with press travel for junkets, set visits, content days, etc (when applicable)
- Logistics/security lists for talk shows/in-studio appearances
